REMOVE apache2

sudo service apache2 stop
sudo apt-get remove apache2*
sudo apt-get purge apache2 apache2-utils apache2.2-bin apache2-common
sudo apt-get autoremove

REMOVE php

sudo apt-get purge php.*

REMOVE complete mariaDB and Mysql

sudo apt-get remove mariadb-server
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mariadb-server
sudo apt-get purge mariadb-server
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mariadb-server
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/mysql/

or

apt-get remove --purge mysql*
sudo apt-get remove --purge mysql-apt-config
rm -rf /etc/mysql /var/lib/mysql

REMOVE phpmyadmin

sudo apt-get purge phpmyadmin

OR

sudo apt-get remove phpmyadmin
