You’re signed in as [email protected]. If that’s not the account you use with your blog, change the account you’re signed in on and try signing in again.

Back up your blog content

To get an .xml file of your blog’s posts, pages, and comments:

1. Sign in to Blogger.
2. In the top left, click the blog you want to back up.
3. From the menu on the left, click Settings.
4. Under "Manage blog," click Back up content  Download.

Save a copy of your blog's theme

1. Sign in to Blogger.
2. In the top left, click the blog you want to save.
3. From the menu on the left, click Theme.
4. In the top right, click More   Backup  Download.

Import posts and comments to your blog

Important: There’s a daily limit on the number of files you can import, but no restrictions on file size.

To import .xml files of your posts and comments:

1. Sign in to Blogger.
2. In the top left, click the blog where you want to import content.
3. From the menu on the left, click Settings.
4. Under "Manage blog," click Import Content  Import.
   • If you don't want to automatically publish the imported content, turn off Automatically, publish all imported posts and pages.
5. Select the .xml file you want to import from your computer.
6. Click Open.

Delete your blog

Important: To delete a blog, you must be the administrator. After you delete a blog, if you change your mind, you have a short period of time to restore it.

Delete a blog

1. Sign in to Blogger.
2. In the top left, click the blog you want to delete.
3. From the menu on the left, click Settings.
4. Under "Manage blog,” click Remove your blog  Delete.

Delete a blog permanently

Important: When you delete a blog permanently, you delete all its information, posts, and pages. You can’t restore a permanently deleted blog or use the URL again.

To permanently delete a blog, after you follow the steps to delete a blog:

1. In the top left, under "Trashed blogs," click the blog you want to permanently delete. 
2. Click Permanently delete  Permanently delete.

Restore a deleted blog

For a short period of time, after you delete a blog, you can restore it. To restore a blog:

1. Sign in to Blogger.
2. In the top left, under "Trashed blogs," click the blog you want to restore  Undelete.
