एक अत्यन्त क्रियाशील रासायनिक तत्व है,जो वायु में मौजूद वाष्प या नमी के साथ क्रिया करके जलने लगता है ,इसी कारण इसे मिट्टी के तेल में संग्रहीत किया जाता है |
